The Easiest Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
We had to share this recipe with you! It is a flourless, paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, clean eating, and protein-packed cookie recipe our family loves. This recipe is foolproof and kid-friendly. Plus it is only three ingredients, and, yes these are heavenly with a cup of milk or chai! We hope you love this recipe as much as we do!
- 1 Cup of Peanut Butter (Smooth or Crunchy)
- 2 Egg Whites
- 3/4 cup of Sugar (if paleo use 1 cup of agave nectar)
1.) Preheat oven to 325 degrees
2.) In a bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
3.) In another bowl, combine peanut butter and sugar; fold in the egg whites.
4.) Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a lightly greased baking sheet (approximately 2 inches apart).
5.) Flatten slightly with a fork.
6.) Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set.
7.) Let cool and enjoy!
