The Ultimate Paleo BrowniesThe Ultimate Chocolate Chip Paleo Brownies

These chocolate chip brownies are so moist, fudgy, and decadent that you won’t even think you are eating a Paleo Brownie.  These  gluten free and clean eating brownies will not disappoint you–even our 2.5 year old daughter begs for more!  And believe me we tried many Paleo Brownie and dessert recipes while my husband was on his pregnancy weigh loss journey.  This recipe is super simple and easy.  Write us and let us know how these turned out for you. Feel free to post a comment below.

What You'll Need:

15 oz of Almond Butter

4 Egg whites

1/2 Cup of cocoa powder

1 Tbsp of vanilla

3/4 Cup of enjoy life dark chocolate chips (Paleo approved non diary) otherwise use whatever brand of dark chocolate chips you prefer if non Paleo.

1 Cup of honey

1  Tsp of baking soda

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray non sticking cooking oil into a 13 inch baking pan.  Mix all ingredients into a medium size bowl. Place into the 13 inch baking pan. Cook for 25-30 mins at 325 degrees. Let cool and then cut.  These taste even more amazing after they are fully cooled.

*** To make these a fusion dessert recipe we  add 1/2 tsp of cardamom since my husband is Indian. Give it a try!  Enjoy!
