SUPER QUICK AND EASY CHICKEN TIKKA PIZZA
As a multiracial and multicultural family, we love to make fusion recipes. This fusion recipe is super easy to make and beyond delicious. SUPER EASY CHICKEN TIKKA PIZZA
1 Rotisserie Chicken Cut Into Cube Pieces 2 Tablespoons Garam Masala 1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt (you can also do 1/4 plain yogurt and 1/4 cup of heavy cream for a richer flavor) 14 oz Can Tomato Sauce 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper Salt To Taste 1 Tablespoon Of Ginger (we mince it if fresh and also use ginger powder if fresh is not available) 2-3 Tablespoons Of Garlic (garlic powder or minced) 2 Teaspoons Of Paprika (we used smoked paprika) 2 Tablespoons Of Olive oil or Butter/Ghee 1/3 Cup of Diced Green Peppers 1/3 Cup of Diced Red Onions 1 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese Pre-made Pizza Crust Or Dough (follow baking instructions provided); interested in how we make paleo pizza crust? Lightly sauté the diced green peppers and onions in 1 tablespoon of olive oil or butter/ghee in a medium skillet over medium heat. Remove from heat and set aside.
Place 1 tablespoon of olive oil or butter/ghee in a saucepan. Add in the ginger, garlic, paprika, and garam masala, stirring, until fragrant about 2 minutes. Stir in the tomato sauce, rotisserie chicken, and yogurt. Let simmer for approximately 10 minutes. Add in black pepper and salt to taste.
Pre-heat the oven to 450F. Place the pizza crust on a pizza pan and brush lightly with olive oil. Spread the sauce and chicken onto the pizza crust. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese. Top it with the sliced onions, and green peppers and the remaining cheese.
Bake the pizza for 8-10 minutes. Remove the pizza from the pan when it is done and garnish with cilantro, serrano peppers, and feta cheese.
